We have recently submitted planning for a 4 bed home in Broadstone. The proposed dwelling has been designed in a traditional form, with a modern twist. The dwelling incorporates a front gable, with a double height feature window to add interest to this elevation. Whilst the dwelling is two storeys high, the height is reduced by incorporating some of the first floor space within the roof, to ensure it sits comfortably within its location.
