We are excited to have recently submitted planning for a development of 8 modern, luxury apartments. This will include a range of 1 and 2 bed flats and 2 bed maisonettes. Each apartment has been designed so that they are afforded spacious living areas, a good level of natural light and will have a private external space, either within the garden or with a balcony.

The landscaping has been designed to retain as many trees as possible and increase the beneficial foliage.  The design also incorporates the addition of 9 new trees, which will also enhance the biodiversity of the site, in keeping with our principles.

The layout and design of the scheme seeks to make efficient use of the overly large site in a sustainable location. Each unit will have a parking space and there will also be a modern lift installed to service all the apartments.
